Financial Awards


Coast Capital Savings Standing Tall Award and District Authority Scholarships are due


DEALDLINE:   noon on April 14th.

No late applications will be accepted!

District Authority Awards require one complete application package for EACH area of achievement you apply for!

Send one PDF document for each complete District Authority application package (including the application, resume, transcript, essay and reference letters).  Name each PDF with your full name and the area of achievement applied for (ie. John Smith Community Service)

Send one complete Coast Capital Standing Tall application package (including all required documentation) in a single PDF document. Name the PDF with your full name.




Applications for Financial Awards are submitted at the school on the due date. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered under any circumstances.


Financial Awards – Group 1 - Due February 11, 2020

Winners are selected by a committee of teachers, counsellors and administrators at the school level and announced at the Awards Ceremony in June.

Financial Awards – Group 2  - Due February 25, 2020

Winners are selected by the sponsoring individuals or organizations. Some of these awards use the SD 33 Awards Application while others require a custom application form and additional attachments.


Please NoteThe Financial Awards program is open to Chilliwack SD students who are permanent residents or landed immigrants. International students or students attending our schools whose parents are here on a work visa are not eligible for the majority of these awards. The exception to this rule is the SSS International Graduation Scholarship.
